What's New in November?

Dear TwinsTalk Members,

I always have mixed emotions about November. It's exciting because it really starts to feel like the holiday season. I look forward to the Christmas music, gift-giving, church services, and more. But it's also a little sad because another year is almost over. It signifies one more year in our family's life that we'll never get back! So, this November, say thanks for all those you love. Be present in every moment and don't rush the year to completion. Besides my family, here are some of the things I'm grateful for this month:

TwinsTalk Wins a Twinny Award!

TwinsTalk was recently awarded a Twinny Award for "Best Twinfo" from Twin Happy! The competition was tough as some wonderful sites were nominated in many categories for a Twinny Award. But when the votes were counted, TwinsTalk came in first place in its category! So, thanks to everyone who voted. It's a great honor!

Entertain Twins On-the-Go with a Cahootie!

If you're planning a long trip with your multiples during the holiday season, I just learned about a new product called a Cahootie that will keep them occupied! It's a variation on the tradition "cootie catcher" or "fortune teller," but it comes in many themes (such as "My Fab Family" and "Best Friends Forever") and is only $6.99, so you can get one for each child! You can read more about Cahooties at http://twinstalk.com/articles/entertain-twins-on-go-with-a-cahootie.

Red Leaf Papers Just Launched Adorable Twin Birth Announcements!

Red Leaf Papers has just come out with some wonderful Twin Birth Announcements. The company's founders, Allison and Olivier, are the parents of twins, and they felt strongly that there weren't enough cute options for birth announcements for multiples. They solved that problem by creating their own! I love the beautiful colors in their designs! Learn more about them at http://twinstalk.com/articles/red-leaf-papers-offers-unique-and-attractive-twin-birth-announcements.

Multiples of the Month

Five-month-old Anne and David are the Multiples of the Month! Mom Silvia gets her choice of a complimentary book from the TwinsShop! Don't forget to post your multiples' holiday photos in the TwinsPics section of TwinsTalk. They just might be selected as the next Multiples of the Month!

Miscellaneous
