Naptime and Bedtime without cribs

Our girls are 20 months.  One started pulling herself out of the crib about three weeks ago.  We now have them in "big girl beds" - any ideas on keeping them in their beds at naptime?  Bedtime isn't too bad, but at naptime, it is an hour + before they climb in and fall asleep.  Thanks in advance for the help!

stay in bed advice...

I don't have twins but my 2 kiddos (17 months apart) share a room. I went to the dollar store and got a few things. Before nap time I would put two items on the top of the dresser (too far up to reach but a visibal reminder of the prize!) and at the beginning of nap time we had a CLEAR talk about how they could get the prizes. i.e. stay in bed till wake up time. Whoever didn't do it didn't get a prize. The first 2 days neither did (that is the hard part, sticking to your guns) then one would get one and then there was about 4 days where they both got it. After that they were fine! I would say it cost $10 and it was really fun.
