When Ghazala Khamis and her husband decided to try for a boy after having three girls, they hit the jackpot. After becoming pregnant by hormone injections, Ghazala gave birth at 34 weeks to healthy septuplets -- four boys and three girls -- by Caesarean section. Born on August 16, 2008, the babies were huge for a multiple birth: all weighed between 3 pounds, 3 ounces and 4 pounds, 10 ounces. The good news is they finally got a boy (four of them!). The bad news is they live in a mud hut with only two rooms.
